Kaohsiung: Cijin Lighthouse/高雄：旗津の灯台/高雄：旗津燈塔

So after visiting Bao'an Station on the 9th, I headed down to Kaohsiung to see the Cijin Lighthouse.  I'd been to Cijin before, but I hadn't made it to the lighthouse.  Since it was a gorgeous day, I hoped to get some decent photos, and I think I did in the end.

前のポストで保安駅の事を書いたけど、その後高雄に行って、旗津（チジン）灯台に行ってみた。旗津は高雄湾の外側に有る島だ。本土からフェリーに乗って島に到着するのは五分間しかかからない。

九號、去保安車站之後、我再去高雄的旗津。曾經去旗津過、就是那時候燈塔進不去、所以我很期待去看看。

下の写真は旗津に着いたところの写真で、向こうは高雄市内だ。フェリーの後ろに有る高い摩天楼は高雄で一番高い建物だ。

And here's the ferry as seen from the island.  We can also see Kaohsiung's tallest building in the background.
高雄很漂亮！我聽說以前因為高雄有很多工廠、所以環境很髒。我去看看現在高雄、就不能想像。

この日の雲は凄かった。ずっとああいう感じで陸奥の方で集まっていた。

上の写真で灯台が見える。下の写真は道に有ったマークだ。

そして、出た！灯台前からの抜群にいい風景だ！高雄と旗津島の間に有る湾がよく見える。

這些是在燈塔前面拍的。

中国語の漢字を読んだら、「とうだい」じゃなくて「とうとう」に成るね。響きがおかしいから日本人は「灯台」の漢字を代わりに使うかな？

I think this is the original light, but not the current one sine there's another, taller tower.

はっきり分からないけど、この灯台の隣りにもう一軒もっと高いやつも有ったので、もしかしてこちらは以前使用されたやつで、そのより高い物は現在使用されているやつかなと思った。

我本來拍照並不拿手、我的相機並不是好的。可是沒關係、只要晴天出門、誰都就可以拍得很好！晴天的話、顏色看起來比較又漂亮又濃厚。

高雄港は台湾のもっとも大きい港で、たしかアジアのでも指折りの大きさだ。（現在シンガポールが多分第一成っているだろう。）

Kaohsiung has the biggest harbor in Taiwan, and one of the busiest in Asia.  Here's an empty container ship pulling in.

取調室？でも景色めっちゃいい、、、

This room in the lighthouse building looks like a room where you'd do "enhanced interrogation", except that it's got windows and is up on a hillside with a beautiful view.

Here's the taller lighthouse tower that I assume is the one they actually use.
これは先程書いたもう一軒のより高い灯台だ。

這是第一次我看到漢字的風向標。

ここは以前管理人が泊まった寮かな？

この日めっちゃ晴れて、日陰ははっきりしたお陰で写真は綺麗に撮れた。あまりいいカメラ持っていなくて、写真撮るの下手くそ人でも、兎に角めっちゃ晴天の日を狙って外に出て写真を撮ってみたら、いいやつが撮れる筈だ。

站在燈塔看旗津看起來家密密麻麻。

Cijin looks pretty wild from up high.  It's really packed with houses!
上から見る旗津の家並み風景は面白い。細い島にわりと家がぎっしり詰まっている気がする。

我覺得窗戶周邊的浮雕很有意思。

薩摩！
SATSUMA=日文的「薩摩」。以前是一個在日本的「藩」。它在現在的鹿兒島縣。
SATSUMA is the name of a former feudal province of Japan.  It was located where modern-day Kagoshima Prefecture is.  The Satsuma Clan was one of the major players in Japan's modernization period under the Meiji emperor.

And that's it for the lighthouse.  There's still the Cihou fort to come though!  What's that, a fort?  Yes, a fort.  Look forward to it.
