Geckos Everywhere!/家守溢れてる/壁虎蠻多

The weather's gotten pretty hot at this point, and I think it's safe to say we've entered summer for real here.  I've been hearing cicadas on the trees during the day, and at night, these little guys are all over the place.  Sometimes you see them climbing a wall somewhere, but more often than not you just hear them.  They chirp like little birds!  They're pretty cute.
夏の本番にもう入った気がする。最近昼間に蝉の鳴き声聞こえるし、夜だったらヤモリの鳴き声が聞こえる。鳥みたいに「チーッチーッ」と鳴く。めっちゃ可愛いけど。この間、アパートの中にも一匹居った。「家守」だから、縁起のいい事だと思う。
美國也有壁虎、可是因為牠們住在比較熱的地方、所以紐約沒有。最近牠們多出沒。好像牠們喜歡夏天。白天是蟬、晚上是壁虎。臺南整天都門庭若市！
