Green duct tape?
I was more interested in the ad-hoc reflective device (what do you call those anyways) made from a CD. I've actually seen a couple of bikes on campus where people have taken old CD's and attached them to the fronts or backs of their bikes.
Ah...I see now! I saw that, but didn't even think of what it was doing there. A reflector. Ha! Very imaginative!
