Tainan Coast/台南の海岸/台南海岸

雖然台南在海岸，可使我不常到海邊去。但上個週末騎車去看看。在台南南部，高雄北部有一些蠻好的海邊公園。下次我想要去看日落。

This past weekend I went out to the coast of southern Tainan/northern Kaohsiung.  There are some nice parks there and view of the ocean isn't bad on a clear day.  (Though it's not as striking as the rocky, wild coast of eastern Taiwan.)  Sometime I'll have to go and check out the sunset here though.

台南が海沿いな町なのに、私はあまり海訪れていない。この間ちょっとバイク走らせて行ってみた。台南南部と高雄北部あたりに綺麗な公園が連なっているので、行ってみることもお薦めできる。西向きだから、今度は日没を見に行きたいと思う。

台灣的烏鴉（喜鵲？）不但有黑色，也有白色。紐約，或是長崎的烏鴉只是黑色而已，所以對我來說這種鳥很嶄新。

I see these birds once in a while (I think they're magpies).  I'm used to crows in New York and Japan that are all black, so these black and white variations on crows seem pretty cool to me.

台湾の烏（というかカササギかな？）は黒だけじゃなくて、白も入っているから、斬新に感じている。
