Let's look around Jingliao's town center a little more.

我們多一點看菁寮中心地好吧。
First there's this strange tower:

This impressive building is unfortunately private property and one can only view it from outside the walls around the yard.
町の一番様子がすごい建物。残念ながら、私有地だから入ることができない。塀の外側から見るしかない。
這間房子很奇觀，但是很可惜，好像是私人地所以只好站在牆外看看。
This whole area had a lot of brick buildings.
この周辺には煉瓦の家が多かった。
這邊紅磚的房子好多。
On a back road, there was also an abandoned brick building that had fallen into a state of disrepair.
廃墟された家もあった。
一間房子是棄用的。
This is either an outhouse or a storage shed.
倉庫か便所か分からない。
倉庫？還是廁所？
Some more occupied homes.
多くの煉瓦の家はまだ人が住んでいる。
這些房子有人住。
This is a slightly different area of town. These appear to be either factory buildings, or maybe old dorms.
昔の工場とか、寮とかじゃないかなと。
這裡的建築看起來工廠，還是宿舍。

This building seemed to be abandoned, though there was still a lot of stuff lying around.

A building with a newly renovated door.
A building with no roof.
屋根がなくなった家。
屋頂不見了的房子。
A rice processing center. It was open, and people were coming in to check it out. I wasn't clear on whether it is currently used, or if it is just preserved as a kind of museum.
精米する場所。観光客が見に来たりしていたので、現在も使っているか、単に博物館として残しているか、分からなかった。
做精米的工廠。我不清楚這裡是現在用的，還是留存當博物館的。

Next we're going to leave the town center and see what else the area has to offer.
