I noticed these fruits outside Tainan station the other day. They're Starfruits. Since the tree is right outside the station entrance, I assume that it probably doesn't belong to anyone in particular. However, the spot it's located is just where all of the taxis wait for passengers leaving the station. The drivers seem to have noticed the fruits and have bagged them so as to protect them until they ripen. The bags they used are Betel Nut bags. Betel Nuts have a mild stimulant effect, so they're pretty popular amongst taxi drivers in Taiwan.
